StrokeIt not working with program in Windows 7 compatibility mode...

StrokeIt is not working with a program that I put in Windows 7 compatibility mode. I set the compatibility mode setting to Windows XP SP3. I cannot draw gestures in the program. Even if I draw a gesture that overlaps the program, it interupts it. Is there any way to fix this?

BTW: The program I put in compatibility mode is Maxthon 2.1.5. I'm using Windows 7 x64.
