Every time I boot my PC..

Every time I boot my PC all the original gestures and applications are back in the list.
So all the applications, and commands that I deleted the last time I had my computer on, are back.
Is there some way of keeping original yet removed content permanently removed?

I'm using Vista and sure hope that that doesn't causes the problem to occur!

Delete unwanted applications here
C:\Program Files\Strokeit\Actions
