Can Strokeit be used for text writting?

Hi all,

I was wondering if Strokeit can be used for text writting, ie,
making some gesture (lets assume 'Z') would enter in text editing mode thereafter every gesture made would be interpreted as a letter and written to the place where you have the focus.
To Stop text editing mode one would only have to make the reverse 'Z' gesture.

Is there anything remotely like this?
