where to find the keystroke plugin

sorry for the stupid question
i'm sure the answer is easy, but i could not find the keystroke plugin
in the faq i found this :

With StrokeIt v0.95 you already have the new keystroke plugin.


Sorry my FAQ is a little old now. We have now Windows Vista :).
