time interval between keystrokes?

Is it possible to put in time interval between keystrokes? like 1 second between 2 keys?

I find out I'm a big noob, since I learned from this prob that when there're 5 "command", they will be run one by one. :-)

One more question: why send keystrokes: [F6_down][F6_up] works, but send hotkey: F6 does not work in this case ?
