Mouse wheel not working

Mouse wheel not working

I can't get StrokeIt to recognise my mouse wheel. Tried learn gestures and it will scroll the list but not recognise as a gesture. Ideally i want to be able to scroll through tabs in chrome.

Windows xp

Solved.
Learn gesture didn't recognise it but adding the action and command worked a treat.
Hotkey CTRL+TAB for wheel_down and CTRL+SHIFT+TAB for wheel_up
