I cannot change the gestures in Win2000

Hi, I had set some gestures of programs in my system for a long time. But when I wanna change the gestures and actions of this program, they cannot work! Even reset the all of commands it also doing the old one. Exemple, I set Right was a Alt+D hotkey, and I change to Left is Ctrl+D, when restart it the new set donnot work, like it has memory,
Can you tell me how to reset all the gestures and actions, and why could this happens? Thax
