"(windows)move" position of Y is no use

win2k(chinese simplified )

I'm quite sure that "Position of Y" is out of use.
And IMHO, StrokeIt moves windows to the position by pass "Position X" to both "X" and "Y".
For example,
If you type "X position: 500" and "Y position:100", the window just go to the middle-down as coordinate(500,500).
