Scripting functionalities

I am sometimes very frustrated by not be able to create trully cutom action.
For exemple:
We can't in visual studio, with the same shortcut, launch debug and stop it if it is already in debug mode.
We cant generate keyboard strokes according to a script. (for exemple generate name according to current time)

All theses exemple could be done using scrpiting... ^^ i know i'm a geek ;p

But this could be very cool to mix power of stroke it and power of scripting ^^

Cheers,
Gregory Godin

PS: sorry for my bad english... still need to improve my skills ;)

If you're running visual studio, then you must have some development experience.

StrokeIt plugin development is very, very easy. You can quickly and painlessly make your own plugin with whatever commands you feel are lacking:

This in particular I think you would want to do from a VS macro, where questions like "already in debug mode?" are easily answered.

Then you can associate the macro with a keystroke.

That right it works well in VS because of high capabilities in visual to make macro.
But some software can't do this. That's why i was asking for a strokeit script engine.
