Disable in certain applications.

An option to disable the stroke feature while only in a certain window would be nice. This would solve the no fullscreen use people complain about. You would just have to make a new App configuration, then assign it to the window you want strokeit to disable itself in while it's active, then, when it becomes inactive, reenable itself.

That already exists. "Disable gestures in this application."
