Except list

There could be an except-in-these-classes/titles/paths list, for example, I don't want to have gestures on in games etc.

Or you could create something to recognize whether a DOS, DirectX or OpenGL fullscreen application is used :)

You can already do this using the "Disable gestures in this application" feature.
