I would like to have a dialog after I add a filename, class name or windows title if they already exists.

You already have an application which include the class,
the filename or the window title !
Do you want to create a new application or jump to
the existing application and delete the application
you just created ?

in Preferences Application creating:
[ ] always create a new application ignore filename, class or window title
[ ] always jump to the application when the filename, class or window title
already exist.

not so important but usefull I think.
if this is to complicated a steal performance forget it.
