Scroll Anywhere

I'm new to this stroke type tool. I've been using a similar extension for firefox called "Scroll Anywhere". What this allows you to do is scroll the page up and down by holding the right mouse button down and then moving the mouse.

I've tried to search the forums to figure out a way to do this, and I have found some things that sound like they might work but I am unsure. Is this what's refered to in the program as the "rocker" function, or is this something different?

After using StrokeIt for a bit, it's clear as to why this wouldn't necessarily work. That being said, however, I discovered the "Disable with a key" option, so I am still able to use the "Scroll Anywhere" extension in firefox with a quick keystroke disabled.
