Mapped keyboard to simulate MiddleMouse Button work weird

Hello

don't know if it's a bug

i used AutoHotkey to map a shortcut to be able to simulate MiddleMouse Button
if i press CTRL + SHIFT + LeftClick autohotkey send middleClick

it works: strokeit draw the stroke but don't send the hotkey

if i use the real middleclick, it works but when i use CTRL + SHIFT + LeftClick it don't (though it draw the line)

i tried with another gesture software (gmote) it worked
but with strokeit it don't !

any help ?

i mapped the middle to a simple one keyboard button and it worked
