strokeit misreads my keyboard's media playback controls

I'm trying to set some hotkeys as Next/Previous/Stop/Play-Pause, but StrokeIt misreads those keys as "p"(for next), "q"(for previous), "j"(for stop), "g"(for play-pause).
XMPlay/Winamp/AIMP2 recognize those keys correctly.
I manually edited actions.cfg for the players above as an workaround.

Which key are you pressing that gets recognized as p? Some special hardware key on your keyboard? I have no experience with those.
In Winamp, I just have StrokeIt send hotkeys, such as C for pause etc.
