disable stroke it in cerain apps

I can`t disable stroke it in cerain apps` if i choose that option' stroke it stops working at all!

Which option do you mean? There is an option on the Preferences | General tab named "Only enable StrokeIt in configured applications", is that what you mean?
To be honest I have never experimented with that. What I do to disable a particular app is to create an entry for it in the Command Editor using a suitable application identifier, and then check "Disable gestures in this application".
