Command Editor partly unvisable
January 09, 2004 05:38PM
In the command editor window only the upper part of the controls on the right side is visable.

When I click on an application, the entry field and the botton rowis visable, but from the checkbox and the label beneath, I can see only a view pixels.

When I click on an action I can see the entry field, the drop down box and the upper pixels of 2 buttons.

any suggestions? -- thx Pepe

I'm not sure what you're saying. Can you make some screenshots?

Hrm. How did you go about making it do that? I can't seem to duplicate it.

Well, I've installed Strokit again with the same downloaded file on another computer with Windows XP on it and everything seems to be ok.

The computer with the error has Windows 2000 Professional on it. Has anybody tested Strokeit with Win2k Professional?

Try using smaller fonts on your screen. Instead of using the default Large/Small fonts, use custom and define them differently. I know it worked for me. I also know this is not the first application I had these issues with.

How To (Win 2K Pro, is what I have):

Display Properties -> Settings Tab -> Advanced Buton -> General Tab -> Font Size: Other (define what you want).

You may have to play with this a little, and there is also a correlation to the resolution you are actually using for your screen, so be patient.

Once you have it done, it should be OK for all applications that do not work with the default win font size, but, rather, define their own.

Good Luck.
