Possible bug: L and Down right

I just recently discovered that there is are default "L" and "Down Right" Gesture. Wouldn't that cause a confilict?

And "L" and "Down Right" it doesn't show up in every action set. Sometimes it shows "L", other times it shows "Down Right". For some actions, I can select both.
