Probably unimportant, but...

I noticed that with certain Windowblinds skins, strokeit gestures don't time out. I'm guessing this happens when skins are animated, but I'm not certain. I noticed this behavior when I changed my skin and the timeout stopped working on skinned applications. I changed to another skin and it worked fine again. This probably isn't important enough to bother with, but I thought I should let you know anyway.
