Win_UP has no use if send Win+L in Win XP

I create a gesture in [Global Actions], it send keystores [WIN_DOWN]L[WIN_UP] when I use the gesture. It is a shortcut to Lock Computer in Win XP. Using this gesture can lock computer, but when return to desktop, the WIN key is still down. (Press 'E' key, explorer will run...).
