Handy global commands (Keys - Send Keystrokes) for those using Windows 10.

Task View (I use LBUTTON_UP as the gesture)
[WIN_DOWN][TAB][WIN_UP]

Switch Desktop Left
[CTRL_DOWN][WIN_DOWN]
[WIN_UP][CTRL_UP]

Switch Desktop Right
[CTRL_DOWN][WIN_DOWN]
[WIN_UP][CTRL_UP]

(1) In the Command Editor right-click an application and select New Action. I used Global Actions. Select the desired gesture from the dropdown and click Add Gesture.

(2) Right-click the New Action and select New Command. Select Keys - Send Keystrokes and copy the given keystroke sequence into the edit box.

(3) Rename New Action and New Command to something meaningful.

See image in attached Zip file.

Note: If you want a gesture to work only on the desktop background rather than on a given window, create a Window Desktop application and assign gestures to that.

Thanks for that. I was struggling to add this command using Keys-Hotkey
[CTRL_DOWN][ALT_DOWN][TAB_DOWN][CTRL_UP][ALT_UP][TAB_UP]

WIN10
Guys none of These commands work on my Windows 10!

It will insert the text
but no switching executed.

Alternatives?
[ALT_DOWN][TAB][ALT_UP]

this worked!

If you want something handy to get to the 'complete task view' (multiple virtual desktops included), you can also try this one:

[WIN_DOWN][TAB][WIN_UP] - Opens the 'complete task view'
[ESCAPE] - added as hotkey to close the task view
