How to open "Folder Options" on "File Types" tab?

How can I open "Folder Options" on "File Types" tab?
I didn't find any appropriate hotkey and I did as follows:
Send Keystrokes > [WIN_DOWN]r[WIN_UP]control folders[ENTER]
Utilities - Delay > 100
Send Keystrokes > [CTRL_DOWN][TAB][TAB][CTRL_UP]

But what I get is just "Folder Options" window with the first item "Show common tasks..." focused. And focus doesn't move to tabs.
