That would need a hotkey that does "Save As" in IE, but I'm afraid there is none, so you'd need to do it by having Strokeit go through the menus. Have it send the hotkey alt+F (to open the File menu), then a Delay 100 command, then a hotkey A (to select save As). That should do it.
