Go backward,forward & one level up

Hi! i'm so found of mouse gestures. I wanna stroke some actions for Windows explorer. Here they are:
-go forward (to the previous folder)
-go backward (to the next folder)
-and go one level up (to the parent folder)
Pity, but i don't know how to do that. Did anybody stroked it ?.. :)

oh, i've seen 'one up folder up' in general topic, and i'll check it. To go back you must certainly stroke 'backspace', but how to stroke 'forward'???

I still have not found how to go one folder up and forward, but i think i'll figure out it in few days.

Ok to go forward and backward stroke 'Alt+right arrow' & 'Alt+left arrow' and for go up something like Alt,Right,Right,Right,Down,Up,Up,Right,Down,Down,Down,Enter

This combo will move you to the View menu of windows explorer and hit Enter on 'Go Up...'
I wonder if there is another way to do that?

To go uplevel just use backspace.
