Up gesture in global actions

Hello

I want to assign a global action to the up gesture but I am unable to. If I add a new gesture called Up, it says it is already added. But I dont see it in the gestures dropdown of the global actions.
What am I missing here ?

Can you describe your situation better? You are saying that under Global Actions, you made a New Action. You are trying to assign the gesture Up to that New Action. Does Up appear in the gesture list for the New Action? If not, check elsewhere for what is using Up
