different gestures for middle button and right button

It would be great if one gesture could do two different actions, based on pressed mouse button.
This could be possible if there was a way to run two instances of StrokeIt, one would use middle button and second one right button. Each instance with it's own gestures.

Is ist possible to create "beta" version that would't check running StrokeIt in memory?
