[WIN10] - "Minimize Window" Built-In pins window on top of all others

Weird byproduct of using minimize window function in strokeit, it makes the window stay on top of all other windows after minimizing and bringing it back up. Using windows 10. Maybe recently experiencing this after an update, but cannot test on win7 to isolate issue to just windows 10. can anyone confirm?

Another solution can be disabled "draw colored line when entering gestures." in "General" in "Preferences".
This was the only thing I need to modify to make strokeIt works in every new winOS since win98 died.
