Win10 Task Manager locks Alt key

Hello,
Windows 10 Task Manager locks up my keyboard's Alt key when focus falls back on it, is it a known bug and is there a workaround?

I did a workaround with assigning Ctrl+w as an alternative to alt+f4 on closing windows but now i have to manually do a shut down from menu cause no alt+f4 on desktop.
