StrokeIt in Tibia

Hello

I've been using StrokeIt in tibia (shame on me, I know) for few years, as a simple way to cast spells/use items.

Lately I started having problem with the program, every time i cast a gesture in tibia game client freezes for half a second, which is unacceptable in this mmo game...before I never had this problem.
I'm not sure if it started when i upgraded to win10, or with one of the tibia client updates...does anybody have any idea what to do so the game won't freeze for half a second after using gestures ?

I've also tested program strokeplus, it runs flawlessy without interruptions, however I don't like the program itself and would rather stay with StrokeIt.
