wELL THIS IS THE BEST I can do .....

SEND KEYSTROKES

[ALT]F[ENTER][ENTER]

This will only work in a folder and ... to make a new one you will have to ALT D or step of the newly created folder

Hope this helps

I'm assuming it's the right-click key, next to the right Windows key.
