Doesn't look like it.
In these cases I usually create a small AutoHotKey program to send the right key (or mouse in your case) strokes and trigger it using some insanely complex hotkey combination (to ensure I won't type it by mistake).
But of course you need such AHK program running in the background 24/7. That's usually no issue in terms of resource usage. I have like 3 of them running all the time, they're tiny.
