Mouse Wheel - Attached Files

I am an Opera fan, but recently it is not getting along with Gmail - constant crashes.

It started right after Chrome was launched. Maybe... oh, nothing, i am being paranoid.

Anyway, I decided to give Chrome a chance, and liked it a lot, but the lack of gestures support brought me to the AMAZING Stroke It - congrats, guys.

I want to use the wheel to make gestures, cycle the tabs, etc., and I really searched the forum to find some help, but all the posts concerning it go like this: "Download and import the attached file to use the the mousewheel", but there is no file attached. like this:

Can someone send me the file, or tell me how to do it?

Save it in a file with an extension of .sxp and then do the import!
