Problem with Hotkey ctrl+? sometime in Windows 10

I've used Strokeit for more 5 years since windows 7 which is fine.
It's incredible software for speed up control keyboard with gesture by mouse.
I've often use ctrl+c / +v / +a / +x and more ctrol+...

But now i've chnaged os to windows 10.
The problem is strokeit have operated completely fine at the begginning.
but sometime i can not use gestrue to copy paste select all and cut too
but always minimize, maximize and not combine key is fine
and sometime it come back to work fine.
I dont' know why.

If anybody has the same my problem and can fix this.
Please tell me.
If still have this problem maybe i must install new os change to windows 7
