Windows 7 64 Strokeit + Chrome and other browsers strange bug

Windows 7 64. A very strange bug occurs with strokeit + Google chrome (or other browsers). Everyghing works fine till the 1st shutdown of Strokeit or restarts of the computer. After that "Close tab" (\Up) gesture ceases to work in Chrome or any other browsers. But if add "chrome" file name in application identifiers it works again till the next shutdown of Strokeit or restart of the computer. Then if I delete the old "chrome" file name and add it again it works fine till the next shutdown of Strokeit or restart of the computer. Strokeit (0) 9.7.home.
