Can't point to when it started

-stopped working on chrome and on the Desktop background or any Explorer window
-works everywhere else

I'm on Windows 7, with chrome 47.025 beta-m

I tried everything, adding classes, filenames of executables, etc, including Matt's script but with no luck
If anyone can help
