Does'nt work with some programs

Hi
there is some program's that SI doesn't work in them . like Mozilla Thunderbird . why is it ?
and I have a question that is not connected to this topic but I need to ask . Is there any way to disable SI in some part of a program and work with another part ? you know , I don't want SI to work in my Firefox . but , there is a add on in FF which is called IE Tab that I want SI to work there . I mean in that specific tabs .

Yep, I confirm. StrokeIt doesn't work in Mozilla Thunderbird 24.5.0 (Windows 7 SP1). Will it be fixed?
