persistent lines when mousup occurs on flashobjekt

I think I got the main problem behind a strange bug that bothers me since some time now:
Sometimes a gesture won't work, but when drawing gestures again, the line that tracked the gesture that didn't work shows up again! probably just a cosmetical bug but still strange.
When touching the old with the new gestures, it erases the old one at only the touched spots.

Now I noticed, that this only occurs, when starting a gesture outside a flash-object e.g. in a Browser and stopping it within the objekt. I think Flash is somehow swallowing the mouseup-event. It also often jsut don't stop then and will continue to draw when leaving the flash-objekt... until I leftclick again.

This is not a bug. It's a feature from flash.
Flash steals focus. That is the reason why you can play flash games for example.
