create strokeit.ini in the same folder as strokeit.exe is.
That's it.
(2)explorer.exe as single command in Run - Run Program not working
replace : "explorer.exe" with
%windir%\explorer.exe
(2)(a) Run - Run Programm upgrade from 0.96 Programs not executed
if your run - Run Program - Command not working anymore delete it and recreate it

The [url=http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9b2da534-3e03-4391-8a4d-074b9f2bc1bf&displaylang=en]VC8 redist[/url] or the [url=http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=A5C84275-3B97-4AB7-A40D-3802B2AF5FC2&displaylang=en]VC8 SP1 redist[/url] should be the only libraries needed.
You may have to
restart your computer after installing those.
(4) Hotkey Shift - Issue's [WIN_UP][WIN_DOWN]
Additionally, you may want to try the following commands, just to see if windows needs a little extra time to detect the SHIFT_DOWN command.
Keys: [SHIFT_DOWN]
Delay 200ms
Hotkey: Win+Right
Delay 200ms
Keys: [SHIFT_UP]
(4)(a)Windows 7 ALT + F4 Issue
instead of
Keys -Hotkeys : ALT + F4
please use
WinMsg - Sendmessage : WM_CLOSE
or try
