Using the Shorthand Command Editor

The Shorthand Command Editor enables you to:

• Change the settings for pre-defined gestures
• Create new gestures
• Remove gestures

To open the Shorthand Command Editor:

• Open the Command Editor by selecting Start > All Programs > Shorthand, or by tapping the Shorthand icon  in the System Tray.

The following illustration shows the Shorthand Command Editor window with the Global Actions category expanded, showing the Run Web Browser (W) gesture. For this gesture, when you draw a W (while pressing the pen button) anywhere on the Tablet PC screen (anywhere = global), the default web browser automatically opens.
